My name is Diane Nicodemus, “Miss Diane” to all, and I am the Director of our Day School, a pre-school program that is considered the “best anywhere” by parents, staff and most importantly, our graduates, who eventually return with their own children. As you browse through our website, speak to other parents, or visit our school, you will find that we have created an atmosphere that provides children with a solid foundation to realize their potential as independent and responsible individuals. At each age level, we instill an educational and social environment to which educators and experts consider the most important years for determining future success. It is our philosophy that preschool children, at this very tender age, LOVE TO LEARN and LEARN TO LOVE. Our curriculum allows each teacher the opportunity to work one-on-one, spotting strengths and weaknesses and working to improve both. PCUM Day School is represented by a fine Board of Directors which include Angie Chalmers (Chair), Thelma “Cookie” Bailey, Ginger Caruso, Eileen Hafer, Cathy Harris, Lynn Peate, Judy Reeves, Scott Robey; and as “ex-officio” members Liz Cleveland, Rev. Kevin James, Brian Miller, Sharon Schindler and myself.
