Palma Ceia chooses a mission opportunity each month for the congregation as a whole to participate in. Each month, you may use the yellow envelopes in the pews to make a special contribution dedicated to that month’s sponsored mission.

January Mission of the Month
One of the largest universities in the southeast is our own University of South Florida. Over 40,000 students attend the university. The United Methodist Church has a strong student ministry on the campus, “Crossroads.” This ministry provides a spiritual foundation for many students during their decisive college years. The students do not have the funds to provide significant support for this ministry, so the United Methodist churches of Tampa underwrite this fine outreach to the college students. You may use your Mission of the Month envelope anytime during the month to support this important ministry.
